I've spoken to Energy CS twice now and they have both been excellent. Spoke to Internet CS for the first time to sign up and it was not as great. The person seemed more interested in reading out what was obviously a script than having a conversation or listening to what I wanted to say and sounded annoyed when I interrupted mid-script reading. My idea for CS in general is, don't sound so obvious when reading a script. We customers call to have a conversation and to be listened to.

Velocity or Reward points with bill payment

Since there is a collaboration with Velocity, it would be nice to be rewarded with Velocity points with each bill payment (the equivalent of the bill amount). Another energy provider does that with Flybuys points. Perhaps, incentivise on-time payment with reward points. If not Velocity points, perhaps "AGL points" so it can be redeemed in AGL Rewards or something.
