I've spoken to Energy CS twice now and they have both been excellent. Spoke to Internet CS for the first time to sign up and it was not as great. The person seemed more interested in reading out what was obviously a script than having a conversation or listening to what I wanted to say and sounded annoyed when I interrupted mid-script reading. My idea for CS in general is, don't sound so obvious when reading a script. We customers call to have a conversation and to be listened to.
