Definitely don‘t recommend cancelling your old plan if you change to AGL Mobile, I cancelled with Vodafone 2 days ago due to not being able to get full service, I’m an AGL Electricity customer and saw they had a good deal going and they use optus lines. I cancelled with Vodafone and changed over and I’m still not connected. Over 48 hours of not being able to make any calls or texts and I’ve had to contact AGL support 4 times.
