I need help with my internet. I have a connection and I have FTTP installed. my connection says connected and I can search the web. I can download software and install but the software cannot communicate from the computer (I.e., cannot log into an account within the installed app) it times out and all I get are ISP errors. Using a VPN has been proven to work fine. Why is my internet communication suddenly been limited?

I moved into a property on the 18th of June 2024 and was recommended to use AGL. Since moving in and setting up my account with AGL my app only displays “connection in progress” with both gas and electricity. I’ve been in contact multiple times about this. Both verbally and via the live chat option. All times I’ve been told “it’ll update within 24-48 hours”. The last time I made contact about this was the 16th of July. The app is still displaying connection in progress.
