I moved into a property on the 18th of June 2024 and was recommended to use AGL. Since moving in and setting up my account with AGL my app only displays “connection in progress” with both gas and electricity.
I’ve been in contact multiple times about this. Both verbally and via the live chat option. All times I’ve been told “it’ll update within 24-48 hours”. The last time I made contact about this was the 16th of July. The app is still displaying connection in progress.
