I have paid my internet bill for the month of May, but it is still being shown as overdue. I have got the next bill for June with double the amount, carrying forward the amount from previous bill. I have tried talking with support several (7-8) times, but they’re of no help at all. I have provided proof of the payment, money being debited from my bank account.
