Does anyone else think that it is unfair that existing long time AGL customers are excluded from getting 30,000 points that is available to only 'new' AGL customers?! Existing AGL customers will get only a paltry 3000 for either gas or electricity if they change over to an AGL 'velocity points' plan. It is apparent that AGL are not interested in rewarding or acknowledging their existing long time customers but only interested in getting new ones! Very disappointing AGL!!!!
