The web account and app display errors.

Hello, my latest quarterly gas bill has just been released, but whether I access my account through a browser or the mobile app, the bill period shown for this new bill is actually from the previous quarter. This is causing me a lot of confusion. I hope this issue can be fixed so that the information I see in my account is accurate and not misleading. (This isn't the first time this has happened; the same issue occurred last quarter as well.)

Request for Assistance with Unresolved Bill Payment Status

On February 23rd this year, I received a gas bill, and I paid this bill on the 24th using my bank card. I hadn't accessed my account for a long time, but today when I logged in, I found that the bill's status was still marked as unpaid. I immediately checked my bank app to confirm the payment, and I found the transaction in the listing. It shows that the transaction was made on February 24th and successfully processed on February 28th. I don't understand why the status of this bill in my account ...

No information about my electricity plan is displayed in my account overview page

In mid-October 2023, I joined AGL's electricity plan and gas plan, and my house quickly had electricity and gas connections. Up to this point, everything was satisfactory.
