I want to follow up on my account setup.
I opened my account on the first day I moved into the house (24/08/2023), but it is still being processed.
It took over 3 months to prepare for the account, and it has not been finished.
I tried to contact you via the topic below:

Please help.
I can send you my power meter on the first day and today if required.
