I have a bill for over $800 for a 3 month cycle which is much higher than all my previous bills over the year. During this cycle I have been away for 2 months ! The fridge, tv etc are all unplugged. So I am being charged $800 plus for a single person for 1 month ! This seems absurd and I am not in the country to check the meter. The bill is marked actual usage !
