Minster for energy SA

The fed gov attempts to deliver relief to the vulnerable and as of the 1st of July AGL are like cool we will take all of that corporate welfare thanks and deliver it straight to our share holders. Resulting in the vulnerable and the working poor receiving zero relief from the relief packages offered in gov budget. No social responsibility what so ever just price hikes equivalent to the relief with nonsense rationalisations. Payment plans make zero difference to the ability to pay. Plan choices ...

Re: Demand Tarrif Should be Charged Daily

Oh please stop the gaslighting AGL reps, your rationalisations are nonsense. DT is a Royal Commission and ACCC worthy double dipping fees for no energy or service for that matter extortion. Re: The calculation of ussage is not accurate

I suspect your usage calculations may never be accurate again! AGL are running rough shot over all of us, I thought the gov was monitoring energy providers behaviours but clearly not. Instead the providers are p leg and telling us it's raining. I hope it works out for you. If not I hope enough of us bombard the current gov demand fairness back into the system. AGL sitting waiting for us all to put the heater on for 3 minutes so they can charge us for it for a month.

Deliberately misleading

Your txt inferred that the metre change was standard practice. You did not advise of the new extra cost that would be being added to my billing re demand tariff untill after you installed your penalty extortion metre. My metre was not old, it was not faulty it did not require replacement. You should be ashamed of yourselves while people are doing it tough to ADD costs to our already exorbitant bills in SA. Highest in the world how do you sleep at night. How many vulnerable people have you pulled ...
