Hi, I also had a TPLink modem router and I only had to change the device to work as a router only. Then I used the same method described here, using ACCusername twice. I think some devices are not compatible with AGL. This link shows how they configure it for a different provider, check if the method works for you. I had the same issue when I had my own router which had been used in a different network. The solution described here surely works. However, if your device is a modem router, you first need to change the settings in the router app to make sure that you are using the router only option. Then use the account number as the username and password and then you are good to go. Took a half a day for me to find this out.
