Why I am facing poor internet?

I am just want to say that I am extremely disappointed with your provision of internet. I am experiencing frequent dropouts of service every day and having to reset my router at the most inconvenient times. I moved to AGL internet, as you have been our electricity provider for many years, and we have been happy with the service provided. I need help in Activation

I just want to know that I am just called AGL last week requesting when the transition from the old energy provider to AGL would occur, as I had just recently installed solar panels. The Service Officer advised by the end of the month. Today I called only to find that AGL is our new energy provider. Needless to say, I was then advised that I would need to organise the Solar Activation. Can I use my own modom replace DS244WTV?

Hi there, I have brought the new Huawei 3000Mbps WiFi6 router, version: WS7200. Current I am on an AGL internet plan with DS244WTV modem now. My question is, Can I change to that new Huawei modem? Any configuration/setting have to change if it can?
