AGL NBN support and hours of service

How can AGL internet provide any acceptable service if they only provide technical support hours 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Support hours must be provided for 24 hour services 24x7. There is no support over the weekend.A recent outage over the weekend was unbelievable to discover when I called Saturday, I was told to call back on Monday. Also all support is provided by overseas helpdesk which is concerning as their technical support was very limited and very poorly managed. All online outage w ...

Cheaper plans released by AGL

I receive so many marketing emails from and other contacts from AGL but never anything about AGL releasing cheaper electricity plans. Why? I have had to change my plan 3 times in 12 months only after I contacted AGL. Why are we not being notified when new plans are released ?The recent change was the seniors saver plan I was on. The plan had not changed only the rates had dropped but I had to ask AGL for the cheaper rate to be applied. Is there a reason why AGL doesn't notify customers or simply ...

All of your customers are effected by excessive unreasonable servicecharges. Why are you only supporting only a limited few of you customerswhen this has been inflicted on all your customersThe increases are clearly excessive as AGL reported higher then previousprofits. The price increases can only be justified due to additional costsin electricity production.
