HiJust wondering why I recieved an estimated bill? We had a smart meter installed on 18th Nov following Solar install on 26th Oct. 7 weeks of solar this quarter and we have a significantly higher bill than same time last year even with some solar credits. Should the meter not have been read when the new meter was installed? How can I get this reviewed as this bill is excessive!
