We continuously look to improve and refine our customer service, and this update is our latest effort to do just that. While we work hard to make sure live chatting and calling by phone are as easy as possible, we wanted to provide another option for when you don’t have the time.
That’s why we’ve introduced AGL Messaging to the AGL app, which allows you to send us a message and then go about your day without needing to wait around for a response. You’ll be notified when we’ve left our reply - plus, your message history will be stored and available to view in the AGL App and My Account.
