solar hot water transfer

My account number is xxx.

I recently transferred to AGL and have solar hot water with a boost button.

I've noticed I have hot water when we haven't boosted so just wanted to make sure something hasn't been missed in the transfer.

When I boost i think it uses the control load 2 rate is it a simple as having that rate on my account or did something else need to be done at the meter box or your end to only heat hot water when we boost
