Why does AGL ask to find out about my solar journey?

AGL poses as asking something but then continues to tell me how to save with my solar system! Not sure what they are on about! When did AGL begin to be involved in Home Solar Systems.

Hello Megan.
That is not what the email I received said. You didn't fit my solar system
and until I joined AGL you never knew I had any. Whether you fit them to
homes or not is not the issue! What does AGL want to know about my solar
experience?

Just saying, I have had solar since Nov 2023 and have never had such an email, or even what look like generic emails re solar (or batteries) and their advantages.

I see electrify now stuff all over bills and the AGL site, forum footers etc, but nothing sent by email on that either.
