Smart meter EDMI Atlas Mk7c

I wish to read my brand new smart meter but can't find any meaningful instructions.

What do the codes 03 & 13 tell me please. I guess they are export & import, but which is which.

However, code 3 provides total grid consumption but it does not show a break-up of Peak, Shoulder and Off-Peak rates. It would be appreciated if you could please advise further.

If you'd like to view a breakdown of your usage, you'll be far better served utilising our MyAccount services as opposed to your meter.

Unfortunately, MyAccount only shows the readings of the old meters when they were removed and nothing on this new meter. Could you please send me a private message to enable me to give you the specifics.
