AGL Feed In Tariff - how do I get started?

Hi

I recently got solar + battery installed at my house in Brisbane. I want to sign up for AGL's Battery Reward Plan so I can receive the Feed In Tariff credits. My understanding is I or AGL have to configure something on my smart meter...?

What information do I need to provide to AGL?  I read something about a CEI number but the paperwork I received from my installer doesn't show that, it only lists my energex NMI number, my address and all the equipment that was installed.

I'm trying to gather up all the info I need before calling AGL.

Thank you for your question. 

It's always great to be prepared.  

You won't need the CEI number. The only number you might possibly need is the Electrical Works Request (QLD only) or the REX number (SA only). 

If you use our meter request portal, you can fill in your details and then download the form for alteration for your meter to allow solar and it will include all the information you will need.
