The Transaction History is a good idea however I would still like to see a current outstanding balance in Overview, especially when using Bill Smoothing so that we can see how much we owe or how much in credit we are.
Hi @VinceB , thanks for sharing the feedback - improving transparency around bill smoothing is something that is on our roadmap, although we can't specify a timeframe for implementing it just yet.
Regardless we do have another longstanding request to display the outstanding balance for accounts on bill smoothing, so I'm merging your feedback with that one since this is closely related.
My Account does have a "Transaction history" tab on the Billing page - but I'm unsure whether this reflects individual bill smoothing payments. Can you confirm whether you see them there?
