Hi, I currently have a belong modem but I am moving house and am looking at signing up with AGL for internet, gas and electricity. Can I use the belong modem as a BYP modem with your internet service?

Thank you

Hi @SDundas
Yes you will be able to use your Belong modem.
I do want to advise you will need to make sure that your modem is not locked by Belong, if it is you can see what Belong are able to do to unlock the modem.
Alternatively if you are wanting to look at getting one of our modems, the Best one I advise is our TP-Link modem which is $149 as an outright purchase.
Please give us a call on 131245 or on our live chat platform if you have any further queries.
Warm regards, Sheena

Hello!

Yes, the TP-Link AX1500 is suitable for AGL NBN. It's compatible with various NBN connection types, including FTTP, FTTC, FTTB, and FTTN. Just ensure your device is compatible Invisalign Doctor Site with your specific NBN connection type and plan.

Hi @spendr7
The TP-Link ax1500 will be compatible with us as long as the modem is unlocked and not locked to your current provider.
You can find out by contacting them, and they can unlock the modem for you.
If you find you are wanting to look at purchasing one of our modems. you're more than welcome to, I recommend the TP-Link VX230v modem which is $149 as an outright purchase.
Thank you, Sheena

I have brought over a belong modem for my new agl internet service. The guy came out installed my nbn box etc so it should all be working. The trouble is it says I'm still signed into belong internet not agl. Agl does not even come up when I'm searching for wifi to connect with. Is this normal when you bring your own modem? I have no idea.
