Had to do a factory reset and lost VoIP settings (if they were ever there - didn't see them).

Just need a list of the fields that are used and the content/setting.

Hi @m-mitch. Sorry you haven't received a solution for this one here yet. Did you manage to determine the correct settings? When you performed the factory reset, did you lose VoIP functionality?

No, I haven't managed to get the VoIP settings. I lost the VoIP settings but assume it was when I did the factory reset.

AGL replaced the modem/router. This fixed the phone problem but I don't have a user-id or password for the new modem/router. So I still don't have the settings or can I save the settings to recover from a similar fate.

NOTE: admin/admin does not work.
