TP-Link Archer BE230 Compatibility and need of modem? (In apartment block)

Hi,

Will the TP-Link Archer BE230 be compatible with NBN Home Ultrafast? 

The suggested eero 6+ just looks like a router to me, not a dual router/modem product.

We will be in an apartment block. It's our first time in an apartment block so have no idea if you need a modem as well or if its integrated into the building/wall sockets.

EDIT: The apartment block has full fibre over FTTP.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us in regard to this.
Taking a look into this TP-Link, it is a router as well, if the internet connection in the premise is FTTN/FTTB, you will need a DSL port within the modem.
If the address is FTTN/FTTB, then you will need to purchase a modem as this router you have won't be compatible.
We do recommend a TP-Link VX230v modem which is a modem we are selling for $149 as an outright purchase.
