Questions and discussion about modems and other hardware used to get online with AGL
It's been a month since I subscribed to agl.. the nbn tech came within a week and they did something outside .. they have not put in any FTTP box yet .. there is absolutely no communication from agl or nbn regarding the time frame .. if I knew this I would not have changed my telstra service .. very annoyed
Hi @Epucure , although connection timeframes can vary a lot depending on location and existing infrastructure, I think it's probably worth getting in touch with support to check in on the status here.
