Questions and discussion about modems and other hardware used to get online with AGL
I’ve signed up with AGL 2 weeks ago
since then still couldn’t use the internet.
Then I decided to purchase a new Erro modem from AGL because it was configured as informed. However, still couldn’t use the internet even using new modem.
Cables are plugged correctly and securely.
What is modem escalator team direct contact number? As every time I try to call AGL but technician support was not let me transfer to the modem escalator team.
Just keep asking me to reset the modem every time and it’s never been worked and issue never been solved.

I am really sorry to hear with the experience you have had with us, when trying to get the internet connected for you, I can't imagine how frustrating this will be for you.
I will advise, we don't have a direct line to the escalations team, however I will advise, if you call us on 131245, ask to speak with the "Experts" team and we will be able to assist further.
