Questions and discussion about modems and other hardware used to get online with AGL
This is getting to be a joke, my modem needs constant resetting and even then still doesn't work half the time. Pay for a full time service you should receive that service full time, not just sporadically.

I tried the online chat and they referred me to the phone support.
I work from home, and don't have time to spend on the phone with a support team who by all accounts are like nipples on a bull.
I will make time to cancel all my AGL accounts though, rest assured.
