When do you need an NBN technician?

Hi - I have a telephone line to the house but no internal phone point.

Is this something that NBN can assist with?

Hi @TheBB,

NBN co will perform the connection to the external NTD ("grey box") at your house, which likely includes passing a cable through the wall nearby for the internal connection point. They won't install new cabling or phone sockets inside your house - if you require one you'd need to arrange a separate cabler to do it.
