Agree. Other companies connection seems to happen straight away. Very slow and I BYO modem and no one has explained what settings to put in to make it work even when I asked.
I had to read through 3 year old chats to find out that’s it’s my account number but even still that doesn’t work so I’m doing something else wrong or it’s just not connected when I got the email to say it was. Weird.
