Hi!
I’m unable to receive text messages since I’ve moved to an AGL SIM card. I saw that I need AGL to turn my sim services off and on, but I’ve had no response from the chat in the app for three days and have been on hold over an hour and a half to the call centre.
Can you please let me know how to resolve this as I’m unable to access services which require a text code login!!

Unfortunately at this stage I'm afraid the best option for getting this resolved is to hold out for an agent from our call centre, even with the high call volumes and long wait times being experienced at present. I wish I could offer some way to get this sorted out sooner!
