Message Bank

I have been phoning AGL for over six weeks now, and I can not get past the message while waiting in line and this continues until the line drops out.

My issue is that I transferred three mobile phones to AGL and was not aware that AGL does not have a provision for mobile message bank.

Followed what I could find on google which is to no avail as it requires a person at AGL to answer the phone when called.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting through on the phone - it's correct that phone contact will be the best way to get your issue resolved. How long are you waiting on hold typically?
