Trying to pay my overdue mobile bill with my credit card but it doesnt go through

@Leka13,

 

Normally when something like this happens it is because you have entered a wrong digit, entered a wrong CVV or even that that the card is expired.

 

You can also pay via BPay through your financial institution using your bank account, credit or debit card.

 

I would suggest that you retry as there may have been a problem with your bank.

Thanks for your post. 

As @NeilC has said, it could be something as simple as mistyping a digit.

Please also check out our Help Article on AGL Mobile Bill which lists the multiple different ways you can make payment to find the one that works best for you.

If you have double checked and made sure it's entered in correctly but still doesn't go through, can you please share if you are getting an any error messages popping up.
