I am completely disappointed with their Mobile service; unable to contact customer care. Finally, I decided to move my number to Telstra, but still, the Service is showing active on the AGL site. Now I have tried to contact them multiple ways but failed. They still make excuses for a short worker due to corona or people working from home. Their Customer care needs serious improvement, this is not expected from AGL.I would not recommend AGL Mobile to anyone
