I can't send normal text message on my Iphone 13 pro max

I moved to agl mobile from amaysim, over a month ago, and I am unable to send normal text message.  I never had this problem with amaysim.  I may need to revert back to amaysim if this is problem is not fixed by agl.  I will refuse to pay my mobile services after the promo if this is not fixed.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble sending SMS texts. This can be a fairly common problem after switching. Try turning your phone off and on again, and if there's still no success with texting, give us a call and support will reset the service for you.
