Can't send SMS

I have active my new SIM and just found that I can't send SMS even i restart my phone many times

Hi @LKmarco  - looks like a similar issue was reported here https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/Mobile-General/Outgoing-SMS-message-send-failure/td-p/26783 and the resolution was ultimately to get in touch with support and have them reset the system. I'd suggest using the AGL App to send through a message about this, to avoid long wait times on the phone.

Hi, 

I had the same issue during the weekend when I activated my account. Got the mobile calls going straightaway, but no SMS. 

Monday I was etching to call the customer care but before I could make the call an SMS message came through announcing that my activation is now complete. That's it, SMS started working.
