Recently got our 2 mobile plans bundled up with AGL gas and electricity. Received 2 physical SIM cards but only one so far got activated and the other one still pending for over a week now.
SIM card that's currently activated is not receiving any incoming calls or SMS but can make outbound calls / SMS. Logged in the account and can see that everything is toggled on in terms of inbound/outbound SMS and call. Tried toggling them on and off to see if it makes any difference but no luck and it says it takes time to reflect the changes.
Tried restarting the phone (android Samsung) and reinstalling the SIM card but still same issue. Called the support line only to be told that their mobile department is only available on weekdays so we're stuck with a partially working mobile connection.
So here I am hoping to see if anyone else had a similar issue that might have had a solution because unfortunately we got no one else from AGL to rely on until we can call the support line on Monday.
Not a great start and impression of the service if this is the kind of support we can expect moving forward.

Hi @AGL-USERNAME , sorry you're off to a frustrating start with your AGL mobile service. Unfortunately with these activation issues it's likely that only a call to support will be able to resolve it if you've already tried the first steps of restarting the phone/reinstalling the SIM.
Were you able to get through to support to resolve this today?
