Recently got our 2 mobile plans bundled up with AGL gas and electricity. Received 2 physical SIM cards but only one so far got activated and the other one still pending for over a week now. SIM card that's currently activated is not receiving any incoming calls or SMS but can make outbound calls / SMS. Logged in the account and can see that everything is toggled on in terms of inbound/outbound SMS and call. Tried toggling them on and off to see if it makes any difference but no luck and it says ...
