We have a granny flat that is almost at the handover stage in the coming weeks and it's already got a connection (underground conduit with CAT5) laid out up to where the NBN connection box outside of the main property. Thanks for the reply David. Managed to get a hold of someone today though it took about an hour of troubleshooting over the phone but at least it got sorted out now.

Recently got our 2 mobile plans bundled up with AGL gas and electricity. Received 2 physical SIM cards but only one so far got activated and the other one still pending for over a week now. SIM card that's currently activated is not receiving any incoming calls or SMS but can make outbound calls / SMS. Logged in the account and can see that everything is toggled on in terms of inbound/outbound SMS and call. Tried toggling them on and off to see if it makes any difference but no luck and it says ...
