We haven't received our first bill on our 2nd phone we have had for a month ago.
The 2nd phone doesn't even appear on our account page. only a link to usage that has reset for day due.
How do we pay a bill we haven't yet received and will this phone be disconnect if we don't pay?

It's certainly hard to pay a bill if you haven't received one! I'd suggest you send a message through using the button on the AGL app or your My Account page, and have support take a look at your account. If there's any issues, they'll be able to sort them out for you.
