Authorized person not authorized

AGL has said twice now that my partner has been added as an authorized person but whenever they try to ring AGL about our mobile plan we're told that she is not in fact authorized. From what I understand, is the authorized person only authorized for the energy part of the account?

Hi @sub. I've looked into this and yes, to change the authorized person on your AGL internet or mobile accounts, you'll need to call us and specify this. Adding an authorized person yourself via your My Account page will only add it for your Energy account. Sorry for the inconvenience and lack of clarity on this one.
