Our account overview page has always shown our panels to be working. Today it has the message that our Solar Starus "needs Attention" with a red X in the centre. We followed the checks but we couldn't find anything wrong.
Same here and our first bill which would include the modem would have been due this week. No bill and no Bpay number to pay it. I hope it's not disconnected because it hasn't been paid.
