new account and still no gas?!

i have moved into a new property (rental) an i have never rented before so i was a bit confused with gas elec etc an i swapped my elec into my name but didnt realise the company i went with does gas an elec seperatley (??) so therefore i didnt know my gaws was being provieded by another company and i didnt recieve any bills or notifications until it was too late and my gas got disconnected..


i signed up with agl gas its been nearly 4 days now and i still dont have gas...someone please help me i have my grandchildren living with me and my heating and stove top is all run on gas...
