landis + gyr e355 meter

Hi, I have the "smart meter" E355 connected, it's winter now, the sun is low, and I have a Solarhart solar hot water system, which is connected to the controlled supply, for the last week or so I only have lukewarm hot water, the older meters let me push a button to boost the controlled supply and heat the water, does this new meter let you do that as i'd really like a HOT shower, please :-). Hi @ozbloke 

 If you are running out of hot water and the water is only warm when you are going to have your shower, we can look at changing the tariff that your hot water is on, Controlled load 1 to Controlled load 2). 

I do want to mention, that we can only assist with this up to the meter, if you haven't been getting hot water at all and it's only been lukewarm, it could potentially be something with the hot water system itself.
