i am not willing to except the digital new meter installed in my property

Hi @SophieT , if you've received a letter from us offering you a digital meter upgrade, you can opt out on this page.


Note that if your existing meter is damaged or needs to be replaced for regulatory, technical or maintenance reasons, you won't be able to opt out of a digital meter in that case. For more information, check out the Australian Energy Regulator's "Smart Meters and You" Fact Sheet.
