I have looked thoroughly through my 'up to date' app and on the AGL website and cant find the tab anywhere to enter my manual meter reading. The help sections tell me to go to the Overview tab, Electricity tab and the enter it but I don't have that option. My day by day usage is now being estimated (for the past 3 weeks)- we have a smart meter and readings have been actual before these 3 weeks...

The tab to submit a meter read won't be accessible on your electricity account, this is due to smart meters measuring your home electricity usage every 30 minutes. The data is provided to us and will update on your app automatically every 1 - 3 business days.
At times the data can reflect as estimated due to a few reasons. In this scenario we can check the data for you and request to verify it if it has been estimated or is not available.
