The tab to submit a meter read won't be accessible on your electricity account, this is due to smart meters measuring your home electricity usage every 30 minutes. The data is provided to us and will update on your app automatically every 1 - 3 business days.
At times the data can reflect as estimated due to a few reasons. In this scenario we can check the data for you and request to verify it if it has been estimated or is not available.
