I called to have the account transferred into my name following the passing of my husband. Shockingly, instead of processing the transfer, the entire gas and power supply was disconnected without any prior warning during the conversation. I only received an email afterward—informing me of a disconnection that had already occurred and a reconnection scheduled for tomorrow.
This kind of serious error, especially during such an emotionally difficult time, is completely unacceptable. I am now seriously considering switching to a different supplier.
