  I was wondering why would electricity smart meter still be running when i switched off mainboard (inside unit) and went out with family for 3 hours?? In these 3 hours snart meter reading jumped from 17771 to 17775 kwh. I am testing because my consumption have jumped nearly 3 times even when i hardly use fan heater during winter and have gas water heater

We have had a MK10 meter installed when you read it there are four codes, 03, 13, 04 ,14. Can any tell me what the stand for. Our hot water power is on a separate meter so controlled load is not one of them. I think 03 is General Power used and 13 is solar export. What 04 & 14 are for I have no idea.

Hi, how long does usage data start to show in account with new connection, I've been connected to agl for over 30days and my smart meter usage still hasn't show up, my past provider updated it daily and when I contact support I just get the same please wait a few days it will be fixed  

I recently had my meter upgraded to a Atlas MK10D 3 phase. At present I am on a single rate tariff with solar.I have 5 registers 1,3,13,4,14 and all are reading and increasing each week. I have observed that 1 is the time and have been advised that  "3" is amount Kw used and "13" is solar feed in. What are registers 4 & 14 ???.
