Have been unable to submit a gas meter read since early Oct 2023, which I usually do it weekly/bi-weekly via AGL phone app, but the button has been disappeared since early Oct and even when I tried to submit the meter read via web site, it shows me 'Service ineligible'. Have been trying to reach out via live chat, over 30 minutes waiting but no one response... Isn't it just a simple data entry which we could do it via a phone system in the old times? Could someone give me a help?
