This is an urgent request regarding my electricity and gas services.
I vacated the property on 3 December 2025, confirmed by the vacate inspection conducted on 4 December. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel my energy services at that time. As a result, billing has continued, and my account now shows an overdue balance of $317.98, including charges for the period after I moved out.
I have already sent an email to complaint address but have not received any reply. I also attempted to use the online chat service, but it is showing “Currently Offline”. I noticed on Neighbourhood that other users are experiencing similar issues when trying to close accounts or request disconnection.
I urgently request that you:
Disconnect my electricity and gas services effective from 3 December 2025.
Adjust the billing accordingly to reflect my move-out date.
Confirm once the disconnection has been processed.
