Subject: Clarification on Gas Supply Charges for Common/Bulk Hot Water Metered Properties in NSW
For NSW residential customers, does AGL apply a daily gas supply charge to properties that have only a common or bulk hot water meter with an associated DPI, and no individual or main gas meter?
From my research, it appears that in *Victoria*, no daily supply charge applies in such cases. However, I have not found a definitive answer with supporting reference for New South Wales.
I would appreciate your clarification and any reference to relevant policy or documentation.
Thank you

I mentioned Victoria in my OP,
For comparison, here is the answer for Victoria, from the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV);

Bulk hot water fact sheet:
Does a daily supply charge apply?
No. A daily supply charge should not apply to bulk hot water bills as this is factored into the
tariff.
Hi @anonyq_agl,
I had taken a look into this further.
Visited the NSW equivalent of EWOV, Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON), I couldn't find the information specifically listed.
I understand that you may not have the specific DPI number for me to look into this, however, if you could please via Private Message provide the full address rather than just the suburb. I'll be able to investigate further.
Thank you, Chris
